Neon Lace

Hey Lovelies :)

On Wednesday I took hot footed it to the Merrion Hotel on my lunch break to catch a sneak peak of the Spring/Summer Collection from A|wear. Post all about that is below! I recently actually bought a dress from A|wear the other week, so felt it would be appropriate to wear it to the event. After a quick change in work I was set to go.

As a lover of neon, and bright colours, I do find it a bit much to wear them this time of year. Especially if it's minus a million outside, and I'm forced to wear a heavy coat. The black lace over the neon is a perfect way to incorporate the neon trend for this transitional period between seasons. The dress is a skater style, with an empire cut, which flatters every body shape! I paired mine with a belt to cinch in my waist that little bit more.

I added my favourite bag of the moment, I promise I'll stop wearing it in every outfit of the day soon ;) The dress is so easy to wear, no ironing required and can be worn with heels for a night out! I'm all for my clothes I can dress up and down lately, as truth be told I'm far too busy/cool to be off getting drunk at the weekends ;) Originally I was going to wear it with my over the knee boots, but I kept the outfit simple with tights and a pair of plain pumps, probably from Penney's/Primark!
